Portal Error Message

I’ve done a successful installation of the IGSS software and the IGSS Portal software on my IGSS server PC. Everything functions perfectly except access to the process I want to control via the Portal. Every time I try to get to the process via the Portal, I get the error message ‘Server Application Unavailable’ in my browser.


The problem is due to the Microsoft software entitled Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (shown as Q822925 under Help–>About Internet Explorer).
