When I activate the settings in the Windows registry
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\7-Technologies\IGSS32\V6.00.00\IgssPortal\AlwaysUseServerLanguage 1
to have the Portal use the same language as the primary language chosen in the System Configuration module on the Supervise & Language tab, I don’t get the Portal displayed in Polish, which is the language I chose. Instead I get the “Page not found” message in my Internet browser. How do I fix the problem?
Answer
The first step is to uninstall the IGSS Portal software on the IGSS server PC. The next step is to download the attached zip file, unzip it and then run the Portal installation from the unzipped Setup program.
This should solve the problem.
