Why do I get an error when I try to preview or print reports from IGSS?


The Windows operating system cannot show an on-screen preview – let alone print an IGSS report – if no printer driver has been installed on the PC. Therefore, a printer driver must be installed on a PC running the IGSS software even though no printer actually will be used from this PC. This is done from the Windows Control Panel. In some cases, the drivers are already found on your PC, in other cases you need your Windows installation CD to install them. Once the printer driver has been installed, the preview (and printing) function for IGSS reports will function correctly.
