Problem with hardlock driver in V4.1 on Windows NT4

FAQ Question

When I start an IGSS program, I get an error message associated with the hardlock driver. Why?

Answer

The hardlock driver shipped with version 4.1 is supporting Windows XP, but it apparently has some problems supporting Windows NT4. If you are experiencing problems on your NT4 system after upgrading to IGSS version 4.1, download and install this driver.

Simply open the .zip file, double-click the hldrv32.exe file and execute it. This will install the hardlock driver. If you want to store the hardlock driver for a later manual installation, extract and overwrite the hldrv32.exe file in the [InstallPath]\Hardlock folder. This will allow you to run a manual installation of the hardlock driver, should it fail at a later date.
