Version 9.0 o2007pia is failing to install.
When I install IGSS, the installation stops and fails when installing Microsoft Office PIAs and I get an error message: “ IGSS32 Setup has failed. If the problem persists, please contact Product Support.” What do I do?
Answer
The IGSS installation has encountered an error installing components for Microsoft Office PIAs.
You must stop and exit the IGSS installation and manually install the components for Microsoft Office PIAs.
Browse to the IGSS installation folder IGSSFULL\VSTO and rune the file named O2007pis.msi
Once the Microsoft Office PIAs has been installed, you can resume the installation of IGSS.
