FAQ Question
My smartphone stopped receiving alarm notification from IGSS Mobile. It used to work. How can I fix this?Answer
If your IGSS Mobile Server is not behind a firewall this problem is most likely caused by the device registration for notifications expired or the phone changed its device ID after a system update.
To resolve the issue, you will need to re-install IGSS Mobile. A new install will re-register your device for IGSS Mobile notifications. Just remember to add the IGSS Plant again, and subscribe for alarm messages in the IGSS Mobile app.
If the IGSS Mobile Server is behind a firewall, you should allow traffic from the following outbound IP addresses used by IGSS Mobile Push Service in Azure:
191.235.161.78, 191.235.161.110, 191.235.161.117, 191.235.161.5,
40.112.95.12, 40.112.90.157, 40.112.95.72, 40.112.89.61, 51.137.101.35
