I have an issue with my IGSS Mobile app, I can no longer run or install it on my Android/iOS device, what can I do?
Answer for Android
Due to recent security updates for the IGSS Mobile app, we have been required to change the minimum deployment version for Android, the Android version 8. Users with version 7 of android or older will no longer be able to run IGSS Mobile on their android devices.
A solution for this issue is to update your android operating system if it is possible or to acquire a new android device with a newer operating system. If the new IGSS version 6.5.2 is not able to update on your device with version 8 or later, you may need to uninstall the app on your device and reinstall it from Play-Store. In that case you will need to add the plants you are operating.
Answer for iOS
Due to recent security updates for the IGSS Mobile app, we have been required to change the minimum deployment version for iOS to iOS version 15.0. Users with older versions will no longer be able to run IGSS Mobile on their iOS devices.
A solution for this issue is to update your iOS operating system if it is possible or to acquire a new iOS device with a newer operating system.
