Answer
There are two typical reasons why the drivers do not load. Investigate each of the following:
A. The station names are not identical in Setup and Driver Setup
Check that the station name defined in IGSS Setup on the “Type” tab and the station name defined in IGSS Driver Setup are identical. Note that station names are case-sensitive.
B. “Run as service process on Windows NT” option is enabled
If you don’t use this option, open the IGSS Setup program, click on the “DC” tab and clear the check box in front of the option.
