Maintaining IGSS Software On Site
The update program has been completely rewritten in order to make it easier updating all IGSS Servers and Clients. This means you can update all stations that are not on the Internet directly from one station where an update package is available as zip or by download.
How stations were updated in V11
How it’s done in V12 and after
- Offline upgrade of IGSS server software
New versions may be validated in the office before installing on site. - Clients are upgraded from the IGSS server
Upgrades are pushed from IGSS server to operator stations.
Update status of stations in is present in the Master System Monitor tab. - Updates may be rolled back.
