Thin Client VBA Error

I’ve successfully installed a thin client solution with IGSS. However, when I start my IGSS configuration up, I get an error message telling me that the VBA code in the configuration failed to load. How can I remedy this problem?

Answer

To remedy the problem, you must modify two branches in the registry of the Terminal Server. To do this, you must have administrative rights.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib and

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface


Both of the above must be given the “Full Control” right for all users, and then the error message should not appear anymore.
