Interface Description
IGSS32 offers an interface for control devices which can be connected to a P-NET Fieldbus. The interface is based upon the “VIGO – Fieldbus management system” from PROCES-DATA A/S, thereby supporting a wide range of control equipment.
P-NET is a data communication standard for control equipment developed by PROCES-DATA A/S in 1983. Over the years, the P-NET standard has been applied by several other companies. In July 1996, P-NET officially became part of a new European Fieldbus Standard – EN 50170 Vol. 1. For more information on the P-NET Fieldbus standard please refer to https://www.proces-data.com/
