Maintain jobs with IGSS Mobile

We know that maintaining equipment and hardware components is an integral part of the daily Operator job, that is why we have taken your feedback and added Maintenance functionality within the IGSS Mobile app.

As an Operator, you have now the opportunity to view, acknowledge, complete maintenance jobs and add job notes all from the IGSS Mobile app. This will add a new level of freedom for the Operator in the field an easier control over maintenance.

Just setup your jobs in Maintenance module with all the parameters and job description, and it will be available in the IGSS Mobile app.

1. In the plant view a new tab has been added and will appear if you have created Maintenance jobs within the IGSS desktop Maintenance module.
2. In the Maintenance page you will see All jobs, Pending jobs, Due Jobs. (These are default filters from Maintenance desktop)
3. In All jobs an overview of all jobs can be seen alongside a pie chart with colors for each job, visualizing the progress of each job.
4. For a specific Job view  more info and details are presented. Such as Job Description if it is written in the Maintenance module, type of job etc. In this part you can also Acknowledge and Complete a job. And you can add notes to the job. 
5. Writing and adding notes for a job in IGSS Mobile. All notes written will appear in Maintenance for mobile app and desktop.
