IGSS features remote alarm notification and handling. 

The key features are:

• Configure repeated duty plans on calendars specifically for your plant.
• Configure duty personel for each operator.
• Send critical alarms per SMS or E-mail to on-duty operators.
• Filter alarms on calendars duties, on operators or on the alarm server, to only distribute relevant alarms for the time of day, area, priority etc. 
• Operators can acknowledge alarms via SMS.
• Operators can control objects remotely via SMS.
• Distribute alarms from multiple IGSS servers or other SCADA/HMI systems (Via incoming SMS only).
• Control the active duty personel from calendar or operator objects, directly from Supervise.
• Set up a backup Notifier, in case of modem or other errors on the main Notifier.

Notifier is the new generation with a completely new look-and-feel similar to Microsoft Outlook Notifier replaces Winpager a legacy module previously being used by many of IGSS users.
