Search and replace text - all cells
Only the cells displayed in the right pane of the Property Table View form are traversed by the search.
To find and replace text in all cells of the Property Table View form:
- For Diagrams: Right-click and select Property Table View... in the diagram or press CTRL+H to open the Property Table View form for the diagram.
- For Areas: Select Area > Property Table View... or press SHIFT+CTRL+H to open the Property Table View form for the diagram.
- In the left pane of the Property Table View form, navigate to the menu item containing the cells you want to search.
- Click Edit > Find and Replace or press CTRL+H to open the Find and Replace form.
- In the Find what: field , enter the text to be searched for - the target text.
- In the Replace with: field, enter the text to be replaced.
- In Look in field, select All texts from the drop-down list
- Select the Match case check box to respect the casing (capitalization) of the text to be searched for.
- Click the Find Next button to find the next occurrence of the target text. The cell containing the target text will be displayed with a green cell background.
- Click the Find All button to find and display all occurrences of the target text. The number of found occurrences will be displayed in the Find and Replace form above the button row and displayed with a green cell shading in the Property Table View form.
- Click the Replace button to replace the target text with the text in the Replace with field for the active cell.
- Click the Replace All button to replace the target text with the text in the Replace with field for the cell for all occurrences of the target text.
